From the call centre agent on the frontline generating new business and maximising our growth, to the accountant in central Finance keeping us on the straight and narrow, and everything in between, the opportunities with iSmart are wide and varied. We have recently recruited into marketing, finance, web development, customer contact, legal and compliance, IT, operations, human resources, business analysis, recruitment, sales and business development.

Our business consists of two main business areas: our Service Delivery and Group functions, which have slightly different recruitment processes:

Service Delivery

The roles in our Service Delivery function vary widely. From the service agent on the phone driving our profitability and growth, to the customer care manager ensuring that our quality of service is as good as it possibly can be, there are numerous possibilities for you to broaden your horizons with us. We offer full and part time opportunities across a range of shift patterns, especially in our customer facing areas, which are designed to match our customer needs.

The recruitment process for our Service Delivery roles consists of three stages:

Stage 1: Application and CV review

Following receipt of your CV and application we will review these to see if your experience matches our requirements.

Stage 2: Telephone Interview

This will allow us to get to know a bit more about you and your skills and experiences, so that we can assess if you have the potential to develop a successful career with us.

Stage 3: Assessment Centre

The first interview will enable us to assess if you have what it takes to be successful with us, and will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions about what you can expect from us.

Group

Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Central Office

The recruitment process for our Group roles consists of the following stages:

Stage 3: First Interview

The first interview will enable us to assess if you have what it takes to be successful with us, and will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions about what you can expect from us.

Stage 4: Second Interview (Senior Roles only)

For our more senior roles, we may ask you to attend a second interview with senior management, during which you may be asked to deliver a presentation on a relevant topic.
